Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

Welcome to Primoria Materia. These Terms of Service explain how services, purchases, payments, scheduling, digital delivery, client responsibilities, and related matters are handled when you use this website, book a call, submit information, or purchase services from Primoria Materia.

By using this website, booking a call, submitting information, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Overview

Primoria Materia is based in Denton, Texas. In-person services may be offered throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area when available. Online and digital services may be provided to clients throughout the United States, subject to service availability, applicable laws, and business discretion.

Services may be provided online, by phone, by video call, through digital delivery, or in person when available.

Services may include resume writing, LinkedIn support, career coaching, assessment-based career guidance, interview preparation, brand strategy, business messaging, written content support, design-related deliverables, photography, and other related professional services.

2. Services and Scope

Each service includes only the items listed in the package description, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Primoria Materia may offer standard packages, custom services, and special project work. Any work outside the original service description may require a separate quote, added fee, or written approval before work continues.

Additional work may include extra resume versions, expanded LinkedIn support, additional revision rounds, new design requests, extra coaching or strategy sessions, additional written deliverables, photography edits, rush work, or changes that go beyond the original scope.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to complete the service.

This may include resumes, work history, LinkedIn profile details, career goals, business information, branding materials, photos, questionnaires, assessment responses, project files, or other requested information.

Delivery timelines may be delayed if required information is incomplete, inaccurate, late, or missing.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all final materials before using or submitting them. This includes checking names, dates, job titles, contact information, spelling, employment details, claims, links, business information, and any other personal or professional details.

Primoria Materia is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

4. Payments

Payment is due before work begins unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Services may be paid through this website, GoDaddy checkout, payment links, invoices, or another approved payment method.

Work may not begin until payment has been received and all required intake information has been provided.

Payment processing fees are charged by third-party providers and may not be refundable.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Some services may not be taxable, while certain digital design, graphic, photography, creative, or finished deliverables may be subject to Texas sales tax.

Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout, on the invoice, or included in the final quote when required.

6. Scheduling and Appointments

Some services include phone calls, video meetings, coaching sessions, strategy sessions, intake appointments, or photography sessions.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending appointments on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may count as a completed session or may require a rescheduling fee, depending on the service and circumstances.

Coaching sessions, strategy sessions, and other scheduled services must be used within the time period stated in the package description, invoice, or written agreement. Unused sessions may expire after the stated service window.

7. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines begin after payment has been received and all required client materials have been submitted.

If a package states that a draft, report, or deliverable will be completed within a certain number of business days, that timeline begins when Primoria Materia has the information needed to begin the work.

Delivery timelines may be affected by client delays, changes in scope, added services, technical issues, holidays, illness, or other reasonable business needs.

8. Revisions

Some packages include one revision round or review period. Revision details will be listed in the package description, invoice, or written agreement.

When a revision round is included, revision requests must be submitted as one combined list within the stated revision window.

Revision requests should be connected to the original service scope. New directions, major rewrites, additional versions, expanded deliverables, or requests outside the original package may require an additional fee.

If a client does not submit revision requests within the stated window, the service may be considered complete.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because services are customized, time-based, and often begin before a final document or deliverable is completed, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, a session has been held, research has started, or custom materials have been prepared.

If a cancellation request is made before work begins, Primoria Materia may review the request and may issue a partial refund at its discretion, less payment processing fees, administrative costs, or time already spent.

Completed sessions, completed services, delivered digital files, delivered written materials, custom reports, design files, photography files, and other completed work are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for lack of job offers, interview results, hiring outcomes, income changes, business results, social media results, search rankings, client implementation, third-party platform decisions, or changes in client preference after work has been completed.

10. Digital Delivery

Many services are delivered digitally. Digital deliverables may include resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, assessment summaries, strategy notes, reports, brand summaries, written copy, design files, images, PDFs, documents, templates, or other digital materials.

Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up final files.

Primoria Materia may not keep client files indefinitely and is not responsible for replacing files after a reasonable service period has passed.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Primoria Materia provides strategy, support, writing, coaching, brand guidance, creative direction, and related professional services. No specific result is guaranteed.

Primoria Materia does not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, salary increases, business revenue, client acquisition, social media growth, search rankings, hiring outcomes, employer responses, customer behavior, or other specific results.

Client results may depend on many factors, including experience, qualifications, market conditions, job search activity, business decisions, implementation, timing, industry, competition, and third-party decisions.

12. Career Coaching Disclaimer

Career coaching and assessment-based services are for professional development, career exploration, education, and decision-making support.

These services are not therapy, clinical counseling, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, tax advice, or employment placement services.

Assessments, questionnaires, and reflection tools are used to support self-awareness and career exploration. They are not clinical diagnostic tools.

Clients should seek advice from qualified professionals when legal, financial, medical, mental health, tax, or other licensed professional guidance is needed.

13. Resume, LinkedIn, and Career Materials

Resume, LinkedIn, and career materials are created using information provided by the client and available professional positioning strategy.

Clients are responsible for confirming that all employment dates, job titles, education details, certifications, accomplishments, metrics, and other claims are accurate before using or submitting materials.

Primoria Materia does not misrepresent client credentials, employment history, education, experience, or qualifications.

14. Brand, Design, and Creative Services

Brand strategy, messaging, and content support may include recommendations, written materials, feedback, direction, and practical next steps.

Finished creative deliverables, such as logos, graphics, Canva templates, marketing materials, visual assets, brand boards, website graphics, social media graphics, photography files, or similar items, must be clearly included in the package, invoice, quote, or written agreement.

Unless specifically included in writing, services do not include full logo design, full website design, coding, ongoing social media management, advertising management, full brand identity systems, printing, paid media management, or long-term implementation support.

Creative work may be subject to additional fees and sales tax where required by law.

15. Photography Services

Photography services, when offered, may be available in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or other approved locations.

Photography services may include session time, selected edited images, digital delivery, usage rights, and any other items listed in the package or written agreement.

Raw image files are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Clients are responsible for reviewing photography package details, location requirements, timing, appearance, props, products, access needs, permissions, and usage expectations before the session.

Additional edits, extra images, rescheduling, travel, location fees, rush delivery, or expanded usage may require additional charges.

16. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

After full payment has been received, clients may use final approved deliverables for personal or business use, depending on the service purchased.

Primoria Materia retains ownership of its general methods, processes, templates, frameworks, questionnaires, internal documents, training materials, planning tools, and business systems.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, copy, publish, or claim ownership of Primoria Materia’s original templates, tools, frameworks, or materials unless written permission is given.

For custom design, photography, or creative work, usage rights will be based on the package, invoice, quote, or written agreement.

17. Client Materials and Permissions

Clients represent that they have the right to provide any materials submitted to Primoria Materia, including resumes, business information, logos, photos, images, written content, brand materials, website content, screenshots, documents, or other files.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, or other legal rights.

Clients are also responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for locations, products, third-party images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials they provide.

18. Confidentiality and Privacy

Primoria Materia respects client privacy and handles client information with care.

Client resumes, documents, images, business information, and project materials will not be publicly shared for marketing, portfolio, testimonial, or example use without permission.

For more information about how personal information is collected, used, and stored, please review the Privacy Policy.

Primoria Materia may communicate with clients and inquiries through phone calls and SMS text messaging for purposes including appointment coordination, scheduling, service updates, project communication, customer support, and responses to inquiries.
